Great job!
Why the Heretic symbol on the forehead?

BoJustBo responds:

Dunno, it's not my character, nor is it from Heretic lol

Another great job!
I really hope that someday you'll make a game!

helpcomputer0 responds:

Thank you, maybe some day.

Of course we remember you!

Is Kisaragi's station a reference to The Ghost Train by Chilla's Art?

SPLATTERBRAIN responds:

Not sure who that is, but Kisaragi Station is an old Japanese creepypasta from 2chan. Pretty interesting read, I'd recommend!

Love this!
Looks like you're able to hit every soft spot in my mind: when I was a kid, my mother used to take me and my brother for a trip to the beach during summer. We woke up early, spent the morning there, and came back at noon. I remember perfectly that during the trip, we had to pass through an industrial zone, which looked exactly like the one you've drawn. Very good memories, this was the last thing we used to see before starting to smell the scent of the sea.
Brilliant work!

Kldpxl responds:

Thank you for sharing this memory! I'm happy that my art made you feel that way. I do share the feeling with you because I was a teenager we used to go the east coast of my country every summer and its where most of the oil and sea water desalination happens and I'm always at awe whenever I saw these industrial places especially at night. Happy you liked my art! 🏭

Great work! Heavy Grim Fandango vibes here!
Have you ever thought about doing something with Grim Fandango characters? I think that your style would fit perfectly!!

dogmuth-behedog responds:

The art deco in Grim Fandango is absoluty god tier designs
Maybe in November im making some Grim Fandango fanart. :D!!

We hit 40° some days ago, and it was 31° still at 11:00 pm... I can feel the heat and humidity from this!

Kldpxl responds:

Yeah that's rough. Glad you like the artwork

Very nice work!
I understand you pretty well... I used to make the same mistake as you: I preached others to pay attention to overworking and avoid burnout, but in the end I didn't follow my own advices. Now I've been able to change that situation, and I pay more attention... but I must keep the guard high: often, in the weekends, I look around my house to see if there are chores or little works to do, to fill my entire "resting" time.
Overworking can be a real pain in the ass, good thing that you managed to fight it! Keep it up!

Zaccura responds:

Ahh you hit the nail on the head haha. Good to hear you’ve got that “but I could be working…”part of your brain on a close watch XD
Thanks a bunch for your comment, glad you like the art! :D

I'm taking a look at your "older" works... and they're amazing!
This one, i.e., has a very particular vibe... it's a night scene, but the light and the colors chosen feel like the scene is stuck in a limbo between night and day. Like before the sunrise, when the nightsky is just beginning to turn to a lighter shade of blue.
Love your works!

Kldpxl responds:

Thank you very much!
