Loved it!
The game mechanics work pretty well, the game is simple but fun... but what I like the most are the graphics. They remember me some old style games, like The Last Half of Darkness, or some games that were made for Windows 95.... great job!

DavidMarchand responds:

Thank you! I agree about the graphics, though I think our artist’s inspirations here were more recent, maybe Gods Will Be Watching and other indies like that. You can check out more from her here: https://www.facebook.com/merdibuja/ (though she seldom does pixel art outside our game projects)

There are a lot of bugs that make it unplayable:
1) you can't turn around freely: the mouse cursor isn't "locked" in game, which mean that if you turn around too much the cursor exits the game's boudaries and you lose control of the player;
2) if you click with the mouse, your weapon doesn't shoot. For some reason, you aren't able to turn around anymore;
3) the movement keys often get "stuck": on my first try, the player continued to go forward even if I didn't keep the W key pressed;
4) When you press "E" to shoot, instead of a gunshot you hear what seems to be a piece of music.

There's some potential in this, but you need to fix those bugs before that.

Wonderfulcomic222 responds:

Thank-you for your feedback on this title

Just to ask: if you need the player's email just to "turn Porkin into an Alcoholic", and to "send THE SECRET (in-game)", why don't you accept throwaway email addresses? What do you need the real address for? A throwaway one is more than sufficient for this purpose.
Looks like a very goofy attempt at phishing.

Nerdotik responds:

Hi man, goodmorning! No don't worry the email thing is completely optional (very few people put it indeed), and it serves me for the sole purpose to keep in touch with the fans of the game! :D Porkin YEEEEEEEEAH!

The art is nice, and the animation of the main character is simple, but fluid.
There are some bugs that need to be fixed (i.e.: sometimes the main characters moves by sliding, and the animation doesn't work).
Also, the game screen is so big that it doesn't fit my browser window!
You should also tell which key to use to swing the sword, I wasn't able to find it, so I just jumped over enemies.

zetygames responds:

Thanks for the feedback!
We still have some bugs to handle that will be fixed.
The loadscreen was an error of publication, already arranged.
Due to the current state of development the main character still does not attack, but it is a future possibility.

Nice one! Very simple, but entertaining!

RHMGames responds:

Thanks; we think so. :)

The game looks good, but it needs some fixes.
1) When all the trees have been cut, you get the "game over" screen, but the game behind it goes on. Enemies keep coming, you kill them, and after you kill them you carry on to the next level, still with the "game over" onscreen;
2) You should add an explanation of the upgrades you can buy;
3) You should mention that to shoot you must keep the mouse button pressed: at first, I simply clicked every time I wanted to shoot, and I didn't understand why the hippie didn't shoot;
4) The game is off-centered in the NG game frame: it's on the top-left corner.

Nice game, though! Maybe adding more enemies would be great!

Nirag. Thank you for your nice Feedback:)

We are proud to receive such great feedback! We are working on the improvements and we will include your feedback in the next update.

Considering the "3d like" graphics you used, I think you should call this a "remake", rather than a "clone".
The 3d graphics from the point of view of the invading horde is a nice touch: innovative, I've never seen it! A bit unsettling, too, to know that you're in the house over there, while looking at the game from the zombies' point of view! Nice work!
You should work a bit on the aiming system: the gun misses too many times, and zombies inevitably reach the house.
But overall, nice work!

TheGreatFool responds:

Yes, thank you for your feedback. Will probably do some changes on this one later. I just ran out of time you know, I wish you a happy halloween. And will do change to "Remake." Seems appropriate.

The aiming can be fixed if you buy the bottom most "upgrade." marked as ??? ???.
I ran out of time to wire it up along a bunch of other stuff.

Thanks again.

The game itself needs work, but it's a good start. Maybe the jump mechanic needs a bit of polishing.

If these games are not meant for Newground's userbase but only for your brother, you can just upload the file to a file hosting site like Mediafire and give your brother the link. If you are not in the mood of creating an account on a file hosting service, you can upload your game's file in your file dump of Newgrounds, and then give the link to your brother. (You can find it in your profile, under the name "Your File Dump"). The whole "these games are not for your evaluation" explanation sounds pretty cocky, as EVERY game or movie that gets uploaded here has to pass the judgment of the users.

Svetozark responds:

Hi, I realized my mistake, and already downloaded the first version with new levels and English.

Nice platform game, good job!!
I hope to see more from you!
(P.s.: only thing, I would turn off the mouse cursor visibility, so only the red circle is visible)

Alon-Tzarafi responds:

Thanks. I did it :-)

Is there a goal to reach, or is it just wandering around avoiding apples and nothing else?

SA-ST responds:

Its not a goal its only dont touch them.
Greetings from Simon from Supergames!
