Truly a masterpiece. I played it when it came out 3 years ago, and I started playing it again because I was missing it so much. I hope the sequel comes out soon!

Great Game!
I played Stonelegs 1, but somehow I missed this... it has greatly improved from the first: it has a lot of new features that keep the game interesting. Also, the difficulty is lower than the first title (which sometimes had frustrating moments).
Good game, I hope someday Skudge will come out with something new!

Nice game. Couldn't figure out what to do after hatching... but nice game anyway!
I found a glitch: after you use the first moving platform, you keep hearing the platform's sound until the end.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews due to the supposed "political nature" of the game. I guess it's just a matter of points of view: to me, the game tells about how the pain that isn't mourned still lives inside us, and if ignored it destroys us from within. To me, the protagonist becoming a superhero, something indestructible and invincible, represents the person who has suffered a loss and, instead of elaborating it, closes himself into an armor apparently indestructible, to prove to himself that he suffers no pain and he can do wonders no matter what. But the inevitable downfall, as I said before, is the result of ignoring the pain, and letting it fester inside the soul. Some things can't just be ignored and buried under a false sense of invincibility, like a child that has hurt himself but holds back the tears and says "I feel nothing".
It doesn't really matter that his significant other is a man, or a black person: the message is something else, imho. But as I've told at the beginning, it's just a matter of points of view, and having everyone a different point of view, of course there will be plenty of interpretations. Mine is what you have just read.
I gave it three stars (two in the vote) because the realization is pretty poor: the player simply walks left and right on a flat plane, there's only one big scrolling level, the "losing-power" mechanic is good but is not well developed (unlike other games, like "Persist"), for the player doesn't face many odds that challenge his problem (he only jumps over increasingly smaller holes, and dives through a pile of snow). It could have been a more complex game, but it ended up being just an "interactive story" masked as a platform.

TL;DR: good the idea, poor the realization. Work more on it, the existential issue can't keep the game up only by itself.

Nice game!
Pretty hard, one of the first games I played on NG!
For Mindraker: you CAN use the WASD keys, just change the control mode before the game starts (there is a screen for that).

Nice platform!
Still, there are some issues that need to be fixed:
1) lag;
2) the character sometimes responds difficultly to the commands;
3) grammar errors.
Btw, nice game. Kinda reminded me of Newgrounds' old times.

Good idea, but poor execution.
PROS:
- The graphics are pretty good! I love pixel art, and the creepy atmosphere is excellent!
- Good storyline!
CONS:
The cons are too much. This game is, at times, unplayable.
- Sometimes, the "sneak" and "run" commands glitch, and the character starts walking normally. The problem is that he stops sneaking, so the shadow hears me, and sometimes he frantically switches between "running" and "walking", and when that happens I'm easy meal for the shadow, when he's chasing me.
- The so-called "loop" with the shadow is not thrilling, it's just annoying. Sometimes I make back-and-forth with the door between the corridors even for ten times, in hope the shadow finally gets tired and goes back to his business.
- the shadow spawn point: the shadow is supposed to spawn at a reasonable distance: not too far to be taken lightly, but not too near to prevent you from running away (to a closet or to the corridor's door). A lot of times, when doing the "back-and-forth" thing with the corridor's door, the shadow simply spawns between me and the door, killing me instantly.

For now, its glitches make this game pretty frustrating. Oh, and don't even consider a "Permadeath ON" playthrough: with the current glitches, it would be nearly impossible.

Great game!
I love the retro feeling... the graphics, the music, the game dynamics... it remembers me the old classics of Apogee! (like Monster Bash).
Good job!

Nice concept, love the pixel art and the music.
But the melee fighting system needs to be fixed: monsters drain you energy constantly on touch, and you can't be sure when you are hitting them safely or when you're too close.

Totally loved it!
The musicless levels, the graphics, the retro sounds, the game dynamics... don't know why, but it made me feel nostalgic!
Great job, man!
